Emergency help, new a oxymetre for the situations of hypoperfusion

Oximetre, Wrapped Medical

To finally be able to measure the oxymètrie in all the emergencies digital Oxymètre of second generation the nanox makes it from now on possible to the emergency services to measure the oxymetry, in particular state of shock or of hypothermia.

Until now it was difficult to see impossible of measurement the oxymetry with a oxymeter of digital finger in the event of hypoperfusion, situation met in the event of state of shock, of cold external medium, or in certain pathologies with the syndromes of the” finger died” like the dead hand.

Indeed like shown recent study, the majority of the digital oxymeters give values vague, or intermittent in the event of weak index of perfusion (IP), which posed a real problem of diagnosis for the doctors of grounds.

Thanks to its single technology the NANOX is from now on the first mini portable oxymeter able to give a precise and continuous value with indices of very low perfusion.

In addition to the emergency services, ambulances, and all the general doctors, brought to measure the blood oxymetry on the ground, this new medical device will be also very useful for the mountain rescues or at sea, where the hypoperfusion are particularly frequent.

The oxymeter east let us point out the one small apparatus of diagnosis, which measures in a noninvasive way, the oxygenation of blood at a given time and allows the diagnotic of a possible hypoxemy (lack of oxygen) the technique used is the measurement of haemoglobin saturated (oxyhaemoglobine) compared to the haemoglobin unsaturated (déoxyhémoglobine) by means of infra-red with dissociated frequency.

A rate of saturation lower than 91% is generally regarded as requiring an external oxygen contribution.

Presented ahead first on the Living room of general medicine to Lyon on June 12 this new medical device is available from June 27 at Medical Robé

It is manufactured in partnership by the company of High tce Medlab in Germany.
