The GSCF proposes the Bénensol project (Voluntary engaged for solidarity) with the Mayors of France.
The Bénensol project was born in June 2007.
He testifies to a real will to gather all the French citizens wishing to imply itself voluntarily following a catastrophe or an event involving of the consequent disasters on the national plan.
The major goal of this project is to refer and to coordinate the whole of the people and the means available on the spot touched by thus optimizing the effectiveness of the local actions hitherto individual, Bénensol wants to be to be before any carrier of solidarity and citizenship.
Which Mayor forever relieved to be able to have voluntary at the time of a catastrophe impacting its commune?
Each one of us will remember the floods Nimes, Vaison the Roman, the Sum, the storm of 1999 which touched all France, of the explosion of AZF, of the oil slicks, like that of Erika, which soiled our coasts, and more recently of the swell of May 2007 which flooded the Meeting.
Each one of us will also remember the undeniable momentum of solidarity which has, for each one of these events, testified to the deep desire to help its next and to preserve our environment.
But by which these voluntary was framed? Did they have an insurance? They had the means to intervene out of individual equipment, (example of Erika, catastrophe for which the voluntary ones did not wear gloves, masks,…) ?
Bénensol is conceived to manage:
* Alarm by department of the people who wish to help,
* Coordination,
* The insurance of the voluntary ones,
* The provision of individual protective clothing,
* The provision of material of work,…
Ladies and gentlemen the Mayors of France, you are responsible for your fellow-citizens, join the Bénensol project.
