History ILRA:
1981. The Raymond Barre Prime Minister launches his famous formula:
“And if the unemployed created their company? ”.
Jacques Burgundy, François Plassard and Christian Peyrard take this invitation with the serious one: association ILRA is created in Vienna.
Quickly, in Paris, Lille and Toulouse, other initiatives are mobilized.
It is the creation of the Movement of the Business consultancies.
1983.
In Vienna, the stress is laid particularly on the formation at the management of the future contractors.
Since 1982 the Rhône Alpes District council registers this orientation in his priorities.
1989.
the National agency for the Creation of Company is launched.
It became since the APCE, site of reference.
The ILRA is the Point of local Reception.
Since 25 years.
the ILRA accomodated 13.000 carriers of projects, 1.000 trainees and accompanied 800 creations by company (1 200 employment).
The audit initiated by the Rhône Alpes Area revealed a rate of perenniality at 3 years of 92,5% for these new companies.
Today.
The ILRA advises the applicants for work free (thanks to the support of the General advice of Isere) to check the realism of their project.
It accompanies them, after creation, by the network of the contractors who share their experiments voluntarily.
